What You’ll Do
As our Director of First Impressions & HR Support, you’ll be the go-to person for creating a best-in-class experience for employees, visitors, and customers. Your role is highly visible and essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
?? First Impressions & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist all visitors, candidates, and customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage visitor check-ins, PPE distribution, and paperwork processing.
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line system while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
?? HR Administrative Support
- Process payroll timecards and administer attendance tracking.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including setting up learning management and safety systems.
- Handle employment verification requests and maintain employee records.
- Support the HR team with projects, events, and reports.
?? Office & Event Coordination
- Manage office supply inventory and process purchase orders.
- Lead the Charitable Giving Committee and assist with company events.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, company celebrations, and special occasion gifting.
?? Access & Security Management
- Issue and track employee and visitor access cards.
- Maintain contractor and vendor documentation.
