Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Giovanni Foods. As a Process Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify ingredients and recipe accuracy to ensure product quality
• Cook ingredients to exact specifications using advanced techniques such as sautéing
• Maintain quality control by performing process checks and documenting each batch
• Follow safety protocols and demonstrate understanding of HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's, and plant safety policies
• Lead a team of Process Assistants, assign tasks, and cross-train team members to ensure smooth operations
