Responsibilities
- Verify ingredients and recipe accuracy to ensure product quality
- Cook ingredients to exact specifications using advanced techniques such as sautéing
- Maintain quality control by performing process checks and documenting each batch
- Follow safety protocols and demonstrate understanding of HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's, and plant safety policies
- Lead a team of Process Assistants, assign tasks, and cross-train team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Basic math skills for ingredient measurements and recipe accuracy
