Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their time at our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including private parties or special occasions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Experience in events management is a plus, particularly for bartending at special events.
