Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Support the culinary team by performing tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help maintain inventory levels by reporting any shortages or needed supplies to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a culinary role within a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
