Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) Sales professional located in Burnsville, MN. The AMR Sales professional will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales strategy and management. This role includes conducting training sessions and ensuring clients understand the benefits and functionalities of our AMR solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with autonomous mobile robots or technology sales is a plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to recommend suitable products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of robotic products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of sales and follow-ups.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Sales experience is preferred, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

- Basic understanding of robotic products and assistive technologies is a plus.
