RF Machine Learning Design Engineer The team at GIRD Systems, Inc. is growing and we are looking to add RF Machine Learning Design Engineers. GIRD is looking for engineers who have an understanding of machine learning fundamentals and can apply it in new and creative ways to new problems involving cognitive radio development. In particular, our customers are seeking new ways of using ML to identify signal sources in the RF spectrum to enable cognitive radios to intelligently adapt their use of the spectrum real-time for interference avoidance. The successful candidate will apply ML techniques to many problems, including selection of optimal interference mitigation strategies from among a group of candidate solutions, as well as utilization of techniques such as GAN to refine the behavior of the designed system. Because of the nature of the customers we serve, US citizenship is required. Relevant skills of interest to us: • Understanding of AI/ML techniques and a fundamental understanding of how RF systems work (basics of spectrum management) • Knowledge of MATLAB/TensorFlow
