Job Description
We are searching for an Executive Meeting and Sales Manager at the new Cambria Plymouth located in Plymouth, MA. The Executive Meeting and Sales Manager is an on-property, non-remote position who is responsible for booking group rooms and event sales revenues and assisting in completing any sales-related tasks as needed or assigned. This person will work in partnership with their assigned Revenue Manager(s) on a daily basis while also conducting prospecting calls to help grow sales revenues. This person will be responsible for maintaining sales organization in the sales office and fostering a positive relationship with the operations departments throughout the hotel.
This person must always provide a high level of guest satisfaction. This person must have extremely strong communication and organizational skills and an outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. This is a busy sales office environment, and the ideal candidate will have a lot of energy, a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
