Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “HR & Operations Executive” with following job description:
Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process & Drug Test.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely to understand company’s hiring needs, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Grow a database of qualified talents as new positions open up.
- Focus on job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Screen resumes of candidates and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.
- Should work with both onsite & offshore teams as required.
- Performs HR duties as assigned including on-boarding, training, employee engagement and other related activities.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all company records, all employee records and information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/ Operations.
- This position is 100% work from office (Onsite).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn etc.).
- Ability to manage Operations & HR best practices.
