Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver youth sports and adventure programs that promote physical activity and teamwork
- Train and supervise staff in the safe use and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and deliver integrated programming
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, education, or a related field
- Experience working with youth in outdoor recreation settings
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Archery Instructor I certification (or willingness to obtain)
