Design and implement aquatic programs that align with Girl Scout standards and meet the needs of our campers.
Serve as a role model and leader, providing guidance and oversight to waterfront staff members.
Ensure that all waterfront staff members hold current certifications in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and Waterfront Lifeguard.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all campers and staff by enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to established protocols.
Collaborate effectively with other camp directors and staff to ensure seamless integration of waterfront activities into the overall camp experience.
