Supervise and work directly with campers at the pool. Ensure safety and provide age appropriate water activities, instruction and opportunities. Assist and coordinate with other staff members. Must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, Red Cross First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer current by July 1, 2025. Experience as a lifeguard or swim instructor preferred. As a Day Camp Pool Lifeguard, you will be essential in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of campers at our facility. Reporting to the Camp Director, you will use your core skills in swimming, CPR, and first aid to monitor pool activities and respond to emergencies. Your customer service skills will enhance the overall camp experience, while relevant skills in pool maintenance and cleaning will ensure a safe and clean environment.
