Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can perform a variety of skilled trade tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with equipment, machinery, and power tools, as well as maintaining property grounds such as fences, gates, roads, pastures, and enclosures.
Key Responsibilities
- Camp Facility Maintenance: Assist in the care and maintenance of camp facilities and grounds, including roads, fences, and buildings.
- Skilled Trades: Perform various skilled trade tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general maintenance.
- Equipment Management: Ensure that property and program equipment and machinery are safe, well-functioning, and in clean condition.
Working Environment/Physical Activities
- Extensive Walking: Requires extensive walking over uneven and unpaved terrain.
- Work in Varying Conditions: Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, snowy, sunny, and windy conditions.
Perform manual labor at an elevation more than 8,500 feet. Access to own transportation with insurance at required levels and travel over mountain roads which may include unpaved rough terrain.
