The Summer Camp Staff Member will be responsible for supporting the overall operation of a summer camp property in Colorado. This includes planning and implementing activities for staff children, maintaining facility upkeep, and assisting with daily operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging programs for staff children, including games, crafts, and outdoor activities
- Maintain facility upkeep, including cleaning and organization of common areas
- Assist with daily operations, including meal service, linen management, and maintenance requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a camp or similar setting
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
This is a seasonal position with the possibility of renewal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to teamwork.
