Job Description
This position is responsible for leading a team of counselors and developing and implementing programs for girls in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily activities for campers, including arts and crafts, sports, and outdoor games
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure high-quality programming
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement comprehensive programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to campers, parents, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, or a related field
- 1 years of experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an outdoor environment
