Position Summary
The Product Programs Manager Operations manages the daily operations of the Product Programs Department as it relates to inventory, systems, logistics and, customer service regarding the girl rewards program.

The position is full time with a competitive starting annualized salary of $46,066!
Essential Job Duties
- Work with vendors to ensure that the software abilities are best utilized to meet the Councils needs.
- Establish, update, and maintain the vendor product program software and provide support to staff and volunteers as necessary regarding the use of systems.
- Create, pull, and maintain reports throughout the programs, providing data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to internal and external customers.
- Plan and coordinate the process and logistics for product delivery in collaboration with delivery agents.
- Train and manage cookie cupboard volunteers and assist in the recruitment of new cupboard volunteers.
- Oversee collaboration with Community Troop program to include planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Serve as a collaborative team member, working to advance the mission of Girl Scouts.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of administrative, logistics, and planning experience.
- Valid state drivers license, proof of insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and recruit volunteers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, vendor-based software, and other general office equipment.
- Demonstrated skills in logistics and planning.
- Demonstrated ablility to successfully handle problem-solving and conflict resolution at all levels.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to establish rapport with others at all organizational levels.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, and work afternoons, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time operating a computer, including navigating websites, software platforms, spreadsheets and both electronic and paper documents.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copier, and computer printer.
Occasionally positions self to maintain files in file cabinets.
May need to move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds across office for various needs.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Must be able to exchange accurate information.
Is required to drive/ operate an automobile.
Work Environment
Constantly works in an indoor professional office environment. Exposed to moderate noise levels.
