The Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma is searching for a Chief Executive Officer to champion the organization’s mission to build girls’ courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
The CEO will lead all community engagement, operational, fundraising, staff management and programmatic facets of organization. This individual will be responsible for advancing and promoting the reputation and position of the organization as well as growing the donor base and development.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is accountable for providing leadership, strategic direction and vision for the development and achievement of the organization’s mission in partnership with the Council’s Board of Directors (Board). The CEO is a highly visible ambassador and champion of Girl Scouting in the communities served by the Council, inspiring volunteers, donors, and community partners. The CEO works in partnership with the Board to assure the Council’s relevance and integration within the communities it serves by providing relevant, high-quality programs and support systems.
Reporting to the CEO are the Chief Mission Delivery Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer, Chief Property Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Assistant.
