We are seeking an experienced Camp Food Program Director to lead our culinary operations team at summer camp. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive food program that meets the nutritional needs of our campers and staff.

Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the entire food service operation, from planning and preparing meals to supervising staff and ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory, communicating with suppliers, and implementing efficient systems for meal preparation and delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in food service management, including experience with menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision. A current ServSafe certification and excellent communication skills are also essential.
