We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee the dining hall service and food preparation at our summer camp. As Dining Hall Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that all operations follow strict guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management, including menu planning, ordering, and sanitation. They must also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of food and supplies
- Supervise cooking, serving, and clean-up operations
- Assure that all operations follow ACA and Camp guidelines
- Evaluate equipment and recommend upgrades
