Job Description

The Camp Unit Leader is responsible for leading a team of counselors and ensuring the overall success of the summer camp program. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, programming, and people skills.

• Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on STEM and character development initiatives.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Working Conditions

This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires living on-site at camp during the summer months. The Unit Leader will be expected to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the program.
