Description
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Product Programs, the Product Programs and Support Coordinator is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training content through various mediums to equip members with the tools and knowledge needed for success. As the primary point of contact for the Product Programs team, the coordinator manages departmental communications via email, phone, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of questions and concerns both internally and externally. Additionally, this role is integral to the planning and execution of departmental events tied to the rewards program and plays a key role in fostering and managing product program-related opportunities such as cookie booths. The coordinator also serves as the department liaison supporting cross-functional initiatives with other departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the team's lead for customer support by managing two departmental email inboxes and serving as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries related to the Girl Scout Cookie Program and Treats & Keeps.
- Handle departmental inquiries and concerns using Volunteer Systems (a customized Salesforce platform) in alignment with standard business practices.
- Provide primary support to internal Member Care staff through training, direct conflict resolution, and assistance via phone, instant messaging, or email.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge articles for Member Care staff to address common concerns related to both product programs effectively.
- Design, plan, and develop training content for members (Service Unit and Troop Volunteers as well as Girls / Parents) across both Product Programs. Training development and delivery includes presentations, video content, live chats, and other platforms to enhance program accessibility and support.
- Serve as the lead facilitator for all Product Program training.
- Manage ongoing communication with Service Unit volunteers, delivering timely updates with tasks, tips, and tools for each program phase.
- Establish and secure council-sponsored Girl Scout Cookie Booth locations by cultivating partnerships with local businesses.
- Oversee the council cookie booth signup process, including scheduling, managing availability, and coordinating confirmations with troops and business partners.
- Plan and coordinate rewards events for the team, ensuring all logistics, communications, and needs are managed to deliver a positive and memorable experience for girls and families.
- Serve as the site manager lead for the main troop cookie distribution (Count N GO).
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the product programs team.
