Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging programs that promote learning, teamwork, and personal growth
- Supervise campers and staff during group activities, meals, and transitions to and from scheduled events
- Ensure that all safety and educational procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve camp goals and objectives
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all campers and staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children of various ages
- Experience leading children through formal or informal environmental education or outdoor interpretation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
