Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare delicious, fresh, and well-balanced meals for campers and staff.
- Assist in creating a safe and accommodating food service environment.
- Manage inventories, receiving orders, and storing food and supplies.
- Prepare pack-outs for cook-outs and field trips.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, kitchen, and dining hall.
- Manage food allergies and special dietary needs of campers and staff.
- Provide supervision and assistance to other food service staff.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service, preferably in a camp or similar setting.
- Current ServSafe Certification.
- Must be 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years in food service in a camp or equivalent food service setting.
- Proof of health physical clearing the candidate for work in a camp setting.

- $133 a day ($20 an hour if commuting).

Work Commitment:
Date: June 1- August 3
Weekly Schedule: 11:00 a.m. Sunday-7:00 p.m. Friday
- Daily 2-hour break Monday-Thursday.
- Saturdays off.
- Staff who choose to commute rather than live on-site typically work 40 hours a week, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
