Camp Overview
Bear Creek Aquatic Camp is a traditional overnight summer camp located on 183 acres of beautiful Kentucky Lake. Our camp offers a variety of aquatic sports, including sailing, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, and swimming.
We cater to Girl Scouts entering grades 4 through 12, providing a fun and safe environment for campers while enjoying room, board, and most meals during the camp season.
Job Description:
The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily food service operation, working closely with the Kitchen Manager to plan and prepare meals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Safe-Serve food safety certification.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
