Job Summary:
Get paid to host parties for girls! With the casual, as needed position, our Membership Recruiters will be hosting events, informational meetings, etc. as well as attending local school and community events during peak recruitment seasons. Responsibilities would include working collaboratively with other staff members and volunteers to coordinate events, adult and girl recruitment, and assisting with marketing. A Membership Recruiter would be responsible for hosting engaging Girl Scout activities for girls and their caregivers and using proven sales techniques to help convert leads in support of GSK membership goals. Preferred Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales, fundraising or commensurate experience

- Available to work a variable schedule that you help create - schedule will include nights weekends, and may vary based on season
- Proficient using email, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning new applications, platforms, etc.
- Able to understand, retain and follow processes
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance
- Conveniently located to access Clark, Harrison, Crawford, Orange, Washington, Jackson, Jennings, Scott and Jefferson, IN area.
