Want to make a difference in the lives of girls? Become a Girl Scout Day Camp Staff member for Summer 2025!
Get ready for two weeks of fun, adventure, and youth development as a Day Camp Staff member with the Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road in Northern Kentucky (Erlanger)! We're looking for enthusiastic individual(s) to help us deliver an unforgettable summer camp experience for our Girl Scouts.
What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire girls through exciting camp activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our campers.
- Work alongside a dynamic program team to create a positive and enriching environment.
- Execute Girl Scout programming with girls in both indoor and outdoor settings
What you'll get:
- $250 per week for two weeks of camp (June 2nd – 6th; June 9th – 13th).
- $100 for a week of prep and training (May 26th – 30th).
- Invaluable experience working in event coordination, team work and with youth development.

What you need:
- At least 18 years old (high school diploma preferred).
- A passion for working with youth and developing their potential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- A reliable alarm clock - Punctuality is a necessity to ensure smooth camper drop off and pick up.
- Willingness to embrace the outdoors (standing, walking, hiking, etc.).
Bonus points:
- Previous Girl Scout experience is great but not required!
- CPR certification.
