We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Youth Program Director at Girll Scouts of North East Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing programs that inspire creativity, critical thinking, and confidence-building in young girls.
The Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the DreamLab, including programs for members and external partnerships. This includes coordinating events, workshops, field trips, and open house opportunities to engage the community and increase awareness of our program offerings.
- Develop and implement engaging programs within the DreamLab, aligned with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
- Manage scheduling, setup, and teardown of spaces for events, programs, and special activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Support the delivery of programs and activities that align with our membership data and community needs.
