Accountabilities
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment support, monthly management, and invoice processing.
- Oversee the logistics of staff recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
- Support processes that drive employee engagement, including performance reviews, employee surveys, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate company-wide events such as team-building activities and staff social events.
- Assist with payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of mileage reimbursements and other related tasks.
- Work closely with the finance team to collect and analyze reports, ensuring accurate data to support HR functions.
- Active participation in seeking opportunities to develop an environment that fosters diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems. Experience with Isolved software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines with flexibility and adaptability.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-up.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent customer service abilities.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or executive administrative support.
