About Our Leadership Development Programs

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Assistant Camp Director: Work closely with the Camp Director to plan and execute resident camp programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for girls.
- Health Officer: Provide medical care and support to campers and staff, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Program Director: Oversee program specialists and ensure that activities meet industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Counselor in Training Director: Manage CIT and JC programs, providing guidance and support to young leaders.
- Operations Manager: Manage business operations, including purchasing, record-keeping, and customer service.
- Trip and Travel Specialist: Assist in planning and implementing travel programs and equipment needs.
- Adventure Challenge Education Specialist: Develop and deliver adventure challenge activities, supporting sports and archery programs.
- Nature and STEM Specialist: Create and implement environmental and STEM activities for campers.
- Unit Leader: Lead camp units, supervising Unit Counselors and ensuring a quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
- Unit Counselor: Plan, teach, and coordinate activities, guiding campers in their personal growth.
