We are hiring remarkable summer camp staff to serve as counselors and trip leaders! Join our summer camp team and make at least $450 per week.

Working at a Girl Scout resident or day camp offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of girls while enjoying a rewarding and adventure-filled summer. As a camp staff member, you’ll play a vital role in helping girls grow in confidence, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships in a supportive environment.

We are seeking high-energy Camp Counselors who will demonstrate the excitement of camp, lead girls in fun and memorable adventures, and take initiative to ensure a healthy and safe camp environment. Successful candidates will share their enthusiasm for outdoor camp adventures while guiding girls to experience a fun and exciting week at camp.
