Your Summer Looks Like This :
- Lead exciting, safe, and engaging day camp programs.
- Plan the camp schedule and oversee daily operations.
- Assign age-appropriate activities and ensure staff are prepped and informed.
- Mentor and guide your team with training, feedback, and direction.
- Collaborate with the Camp Director on planning and preparation.
- Manage the camp budget and distribute supplies.
- Prioritize camper safety, health, and welfare while maintaining confidentiality.
- Train staff in first aid and handle health-related situations, keeping accurate records.
- Tackle other exciting challenges as they come.

Here is what it takes :
Be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work with children and staff of different ages.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of day camp management.
Ability to supervise and train staff and volunteers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team setting with diverse people.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification, or able to obtain certification before the first day of work.
Able to commit June 9 - August 9, 2025
This is a temporary seasonal employment opportunity.
