Teen Leadership Coordinator - Inspire the Next Generation of Leaders!
Ready to make a difference this summer by guiding young girls as they build confidence and leadership skills in the great outdoors? Join us as a Teen Leadership Coordinator!
Where You'll Work :
Camp Winacka : Rustic, beautiful camp with stunning views, lakes, hiking trails, and a focus on aquatics, horses, and adventure.
Camp Whispering Oaks : A cozy, close-knit camp surrounded by oak and pine trees, with programs in sports, science, theater, and more.
Your Summer :
Develop and lead leadership programs for Counselors-in-Training (CITs) and Leaders-in-Training (LITs).
Teach camping skills, outdoor appreciation, team building, and leadership.
Guide and support CITs / LITs with feedback, mentorship, and evaluation.
Coordinate internships and manage leadership program documentation.
Ensure the health, safety, and success of LITs / CITs in all activities.
Be a positive role model and assist with camp operations.

Here is what it takes :
18 years old with experience as a counselor.
Able to commit from June 16 - July 27, 2025
Ability to mentor and relate to older girls.
High maturity and strong judgment.
Willing to live on-site and work in an outdoor setting.
