Position Description :
As a member of the Retail Sales team, you will support our membership through great customer service in our retail shop.
The essential functions of this position include the following :
Retail sales, ordering and restocking merchandiseCreate and update in-store displaysFill special orders, including mail, phone and on-line ordersBalance transactions and cash drawer each dayProvide, facilitate, and coordinate traveling shops to various Girl Scouts eventsFacilitate live and pre-recorded shopping experiences on social media outlets
Provide exceptional support by greeting and assisting customers resulting in a positive experience
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years sales or retail experienceAbility to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word and working knowledge of ExcelMust be organized, detail orientated, and customer focused
This is a full-time position working generally 35 hours per week; general office hours of Monday-Thursday, occasional evenings and weekends required; business hours for Friday are 9-noon and Fridays are remote
