As a Graphic Designer on our team, you will be responsible for working with our Lead Designer in the design and development of our apparel graphics and products. You will also be responsible for the graphic design needs of the Marketing Team. This includes creating designs for our email campaigns, social content, website, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Support our lead designer in the design and development of our apparel graphics, including logos, patterns, typography, and branding elements.
Create compelling and innovative graphic concepts for various collections, including licensed and partner collaborations.
Stay ahead of fashion, sports, and cultural trends to ensure our designs are fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.
Work with external vendors, printers, and manufacturers to ensure the highest quality production of graphic applications.
Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to align designs with brand direction and business goals.
Manage weekly design projects with approval from the Marketing Team (e.g. email marketing, social media, website, performance marketing ads, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while exploring new creative directions.
Develop and refine artwork, tech packs, and production-ready files with meticulous attention to detail.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy of the brand.
Maintain and organize a library of design assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically within the sports apparel or streetwear industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in apparel graphics, typography, and branding.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software (Figma, etc).

Knowledge of sports culture, fashion trends, and emerging design techniques.

Experience designing for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and other apparel decoration methods.

Assist in the design development of high-level projects, including mood boards, 3D models, and renderings.

Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable dates on time.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, trend-driven designs.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with licensed sports (College, NFL, MLS, etc.).

Experience with cut and sew programs is a plus.

Artistic skills to hand render artwork.

Understanding of apparel graphics processes and technology in the apparel industry.

Familiarity with secondary product design and sizing (stickers, pen sets, etc).
