We are seeking a well rounded, smart, energetic, emotionally intelligent therapist/mentor partner with the following skills:

Who is a good fit for a job/position like this?
- Someone with Behavioral management experience. worked with kids with moderate/severe autism.
-Someone with an abundance of self initiation, common knowledge, capacity to solve problems and manage mentoring and support because they are evolved and socially and emotionally mature.
- Someone with commitment, this takes time to train you, time for you to understand the complexities and amazing positives of supporting a very intelligent young man who relies heavily on support due to motor challenges and limited verbal skills
what does this position look like on a daily basis?
-Help client with age appropriate daily living skills such as preparing meals, washing dishes, takin out trash
-Develop/encourage/facilitate leisure skills
-Accompany client to activities and outings
-Engage/ join client in physical activities at home and in community

Schedule : Monday 10am-1pm Wednesday - Friday 1pm - 4pm
* Hours/days - Mon-Fri 9am-3Pm with some flexibility
