Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Keyholder role located in Towson, MD at Girlhero. Keyholders are responsible for managing the store operations, including opening and closing procedures, leading team, ensuring excellent client service, and driving retail sales.

Qualifications

• 1 Year minimum clothing sales experience
• Communication and customer service skills
• Customer experience required
• Creative ability and entrepreneurial spirit
• Social media and marketing interest a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
