What are the responsibilities and job description for the Van Driver/Administrative Support position at Girls at Work, Inc.?

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and coordinate the organization’s schedule and post a weekly schedule of events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, attend meetings when requested and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed; ordering supplies, organizing materials, etc.
- Maintain the contact information for the members of the Board of Directors, maintain a current listing of their respective committee assignments, provide an orientation packet for prospective board members and schedule facility visits as necessary.
- Assist in managing our volunteers through consistent communication and volunteer opportunities.
- Coordinate with admin about the biweekly food order/pick up with NHFoodbank.
- Schedule the snack preparation for student programs.
- Other duties as needed from time to time that are inline with the individual’s skill set
