Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara is seeking seasonal full-time facilitators for our Elementary Summer Camp at our Goleta Valley Center.

Summer Camp Operates June 16th – August 8th –staff must be available to work all 8 weeks- Monday- Friday, staff must be available to work all 5 days
- Tentative Shifts: 7:30am-3:30pm or 10:00am-5:30pm
- Mandatory Staff Training - Monday June 9th – Thursday, June 12th 9:00am – 4:00pm (in person)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with youth in a educational setting.- 12 college level units in early childhood education or related fields such as Sociology, Psychology, Art, Music, Dance, Drama, or Recreation.
- Ability to pass criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Vaccinations as required by California law for licensed childcare facilities (TB, Pertussis and Measles immunization. (Flu vaccine recommended, but optional).
- Strong communication skills and ability and desire to work as a team member of a diverse and dynamic team
