The Role:
We seek a resourceful, resilient, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As a key player in supporting the CEO, you’ll manage executive priorities, facilitate critical relationships, and contribute to the ambitious goals of Girls With Impact.
Given the high-level stakeholders you'll engage with, we need someone who is poised, polished, and professional in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, scheduling, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Draft emails and documents, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Donor Development: Support fundraising efforts by conducting research, preparing meeting materials, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation of donor interactions.
- Project Management: Track key initiatives, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution of goals.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee donation processes, track payments, and maintain accurate records. Handle meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage executive events, board meetings, and high-profile engagements.
- Thought Leadership through PR & Social: Support PR outreach, create and post thought leadership content, and engage on the CEO’s social media profiles to enhance visibility, leading to securing speaking engagements or interviews.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare presentations or data analyses to inform strategic decisions.

- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Is familiar and comfortable with various technologies, from Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and CRMs to social platforms, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and communication across different tools.
- Lives near Greenwich, CT, and is available for occasional in-office work and business errands.
- College Degree preferred

Compensation & Status:
- Full-time; primarily remote with occasional in-office work (approx. one day/week).
- Salary: $50,000.
