Associate Attorney (Spanish Speaking) Family/ Estate Planning PracticeWe are seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate has prior experience as an independent attorney or self-employed legal professional and is a self-starter with strong communication and sales skills. This role is hybrid, requiring both in-office work and remote flexibility.
Compensation:$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Handle cases in Family Law or Estate Planning (experience in at least one area required; willingness to learn others is essential).
- Prepare and appear in court for family law litigation cases (prior courtroom experience is not required, but willingness to do so is necessary).
- Manage client interactions, ensuring professional and compassionate communication.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and case management procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop strategies for case success.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Utilize sales experience to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state (specify the state, if applicable).
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written proficiency required).
- 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably with prior experience as an independent attorney or in a self-employed legal role.
