Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector
We are seeking experienced individuals to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year of experience in conducting occupancy inspections or similar tasks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to various locations within our coverage area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior and interior property inspections as required by mortgage lenders.
- Collect photographs, comments, and form documentation using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via text, email, and phone.
- Meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
