GIS Field Services, Inc. has been a leading provider of mortgage field inspection services for over 20 years, based out of Dallas, Texas.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential property inspections in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
- Utilize mobile apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation.
- Manage time effectively to route and complete inspections within an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in assigned territories.
- Maintain consistent communication with inspection managers via text, email, and phone.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on property conditions, including exteriors, interiors, and secured/vacant properties.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience conducting occupancy inspections or similar work.
- Familiarity with industry-standard smartphone apps, such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView.
- Able to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A computer with internet access, iPhone or Android, and office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink).
Pay and Benefits:
The estimated pay rate is $15-$20 per hour, paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
