As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders, verifying property occupancy, and reporting general property conditions.

Deliver letters or post notifications as needed
Requirements
Strong time management skills, able to efficiently route and complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time
Proficient in using mobile apps to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation
Consistent communication with inspection manager via text, email, and phone
