Job Title: Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspection Specialist
At GIS Field Services, we are a leading provider of mortgage field inspection services with over 20 years of experience. We are currently seeking experienced Home Inspectors to join our team as Independent Contractors. As a Home Inspector with GIS Field Services, you will be responsible for conducting residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. Our inspectors enjoy a flexible schedule and weekly pay for their work.
As a seasoned Home Inspector, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including exterior property walkthroughs, interior inspections, and appointment-based insurance loss inspections. You will utilize industry-standard smartphone apps, such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect, to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation. Additionally, you will be required to communicate consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone.

We offer a competitive pay rate per inspection, estimated at $15-$20 per hour, based on the number of inspections performed. Inspections are paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week. Depending on the territory, you can expect to work 5-15 hours per week as an Independent Contractor.

To be successful as a Home Inspector with GIS Field Services, you will require:
- Valid US driver's license
- Computer with internet connection
- Fuel-efficient vehicle
- iPhone or Android device
- Printer and office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink)
- HUD keys (set of 11)
- Daylight hour availability
- Volt stick (preferred)
