The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to spend extended periods of time driving, and possess strong communication skills. They will also need to have experience using mobile apps to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation.
As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector, you will be responsible for performing residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. This will involve determining occupancy based on industry standards and reporting general property conditions.
We offer a competitive pay rate, with inspections paid out every Friday by direct deposit. The job is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, offering flexibility and autonomy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid US driver's license, Aspen Grove ABC #, and a computer with an internet connection. You will also need to have a fuel-efficient vehicle, iPhone or Android, printer, office supplies, HUD keys, and daylight hour availability.
