Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector
We are seeking experienced Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections in assigned territories with an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time.
- Determine occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions.
- Use a mobile app to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation.
- Communicate consistently with inspection managers via text, email, and phone.
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license.
- Aspen Grove ABC#.
- Computer with internet connection.
- Fuel-efficient vehicle.
- iPhone or Android device.
- Printer.
- Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink).
- HUD keys (set of 11).
- Daylight hour availability.
- Volt stick (preferred).
Pay and Hours:
- Estimated $15-$20 per hour based on inspection volume and efficiency.
- Inspections paid every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
- Dependent on territory, expect to work 5-15 hours per week.
- 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Key Skills:
- Knowledgeable about industry-standard smartphone apps: InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
- Experience conducting occupancy inspections or ability to learn.
