Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. This role offers a flexible schedule and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of residential properties to verify occupancy and report general property conditions.
- Determine occupancy based on industry standards and document findings using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with inspection managers via text, email, and phone.
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license.
- Experience with Aspen Grove ABC# and industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
- Computer with internet connection, fuel-efficient vehicle, iPhone or Android, printer, office supplies, HUD keys (set of 11), and daylight hour availability.
Compensation:
- A set rate per inspection is estimated at $15-$20 per hour, depending on location, volume, and efficiency.
- Inspections are paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
- The job is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, and hours vary between 5-15 per week.
