About the Role
We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable inspectors to join our team as Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential property inspections, gathering data on property occupancy, conditions, and other relevant factors.
- Utilize industry-standard smartphone apps, such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView, to document findings and complete reports.
- Communicate effectively with inspection managers via various channels, including text, email, and phone.
- Efficiently manage time to complete inspections within the agreed turnaround time of 3-5 days.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in the field of property inspection.
- Familiarity with industry-standard inspection software and hardware.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
