What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Inspection Professional position at GIS Field Services?
At GIS Field Services, we have been a leading provider of mortgage field inspection services for over 20 years.
We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable inspectors to join our team as Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors.
The ideal candidate will have used industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections or SafeView inspect, and have experience conducting occupancy inspections.
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on the properties they have financial interest in, and we contract with GIS to have inspectors verify property occupancy, report general property conditions, and complete other tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing their time to route and complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time, using a mobile app to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation, and communicating consistently with their inspection manager via text, email, and phone.
A set rate per inspection is estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed, paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
