Compensation
The estimated set rate per inspection is $15-$20 per hour, based on the number of inspections performed. Inspectors are paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
Conducting periodic updates on properties with financial interest for lenders
Verifying property occupancy and reporting general property conditions
Letter delivery/posting, vacant interior walkthroughs, or insurance repair progress reports
Accessing secured/vacant properties and completing appointment-based insurance loss inspections
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have:
Previous experience conducting occupancy inspections
Familiarity with industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect
